Couples email several venues the same evening and tend to book the one that answers first, properly. Most enquiries arrive after your team has gone home: weekday evenings and weekends. A reply on Monday morning is often a reply to a couple who has already booked a viewing somewhere else.
How it works
- Your answers, approved by you. We go through your prices, dates, capacity and policies with you. Nothing is said to a couple that you haven't approved.
- Connected to your Gmail. CloserDesk sees each new enquiry and drafts a reply from your approved answers. If it doesn't know something, it asks you instead of guessing. Replies go out from your own address.
- The Enquiry Record. Every month: every enquiry that came in, how fast it was answered, and any that were never answered at all.

If your median time to first reply, measured over days 16 to 30 after going live, isn't under 15 minutes, your second month is free.

Google account access
CloserDesk asks for two Gmail permissions on the venue's inbox: to read new messages, so it can see enquiries, and to send, so approved replies go out from your address. We don't sell this data or use it for advertising. The privacy policy explains exactly what we keep and for how long.
